Lipoproteins are the carriers of cholesterol in blood. HDL (high density lipoprotein) is good kind and should be more where as LDL (low-density lipoprotein) is bad kind and should be low. You should only worry about LDL increase, and if it is more, it can be corrected. It is changeable. It increases due to wrong food choices and sedentary lifestyle. Correct that and reduce some weight, east more natural foods. It will come down.
