It is important for you to be fit and healthy and take least medications in future. This can be possible only if you make up the mind to lead a very healthy lifestyle. Start exercising everyday and eat only healthy food (have more natural products and avoid processed/readymade or junk food, artificial beverages etc ). Yoga and pranayam can be very helpful to bring back the health and vitality. Be consistent with everyday Yoga. You can also begin Homeopathic treatment for a short period which can stimulate the digestive and the hormonal system natutally. You can contact me if interested in adding Homeopathic treatment.
