Hello my name is Hrithik and I am from Delhi. I am still 67 kg of my weight and My height is 180 centimeters I want to increase my weight. What kind of diet should I take for this? 6 months ago I had jaundice also. February 4 to 13 June.

Hi lybrate-user, Opt for a high protein diet which includes, milk, curd, nuts, pulses, eggs, paneer, chicken, fish. Ensure all these are cooked in a healthy way and not fried. Also drink at least 3 liters of water to flush out toxins. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily.
