hello Doctor I am 47 years by age & diabetic around blood sugar 270 after food. I was prescribed to go on insulin. But I am trying to pull it down with given Tablets & lots of exercise. But at times it passes months I am unable to satisfy my sexual life. Can you prescribe any additional medicine for betterment. Thanks.

Hello Lybrate user I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk before sunrises and ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAM 5 minutes two times daily and meditation will help you lot to eliminate toxins from tissue level and blood levels. You may follow some regular Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1- VASANTKUSUMAKAR RAS -1 tab twice daily. 2- SGR 7 -2tabs three times daily. You may follow the above mentioned medicines for 3-6 months regular.
