Hi Lybrate user, Symptoms of chronic TB include low grade fever especially in evening, night sweats, loss of appetite, loss of weight. Along with this you can have symptom specific to organ like cough, chest pain, blood in sputum if it is lung TB. Pain abdomen, vomiting if Abdomen TB and so on. You can take symptomatic therapy for fever during the episode with paracetamol. But self medication for fever is not advisable and it is better to meet a doctor to check as to why you have fever.
