I want to know the exercises to reduce my lower abdomen. I have cervical problem too. Thats why I can not take exercises which give strain to my neck, otherwise my headache will start.

If you have cervical than you should do neck and shoulder stretching daily and mind your way of sleeping and doing your daily chores. To reduce lower abdomen do planks and pushups.
