I have pain in the back of the neck most of the time. Also I feel dizzy when I look down and turn suddenly. When I eat outside in hotel after one hour I feel heartburn severely for one hour. Moreover I suddenly feel my knuckles pull and go in wrong shape and comes normal after five min. I have even taken ECG, everything is normal. My age 35; two kids, no other illness. Weight 78 height 5 6. When I feel hungry I first get headache severely. One thing I do routine BIS manage my two year old kid who is so naughty and shout always. I can't get sleep at night. Only by midnight 2 I sleep that too 4 to 5 hours. Afternoon also I try to sleep but never get sleep. I don't know whether I have some problem r stress r depression whatever but my day ends bad.

Neck pain is mostly a result of faulty posture ,weakness of some neck muscles and tightness of others. It is often accompanied by dizziness and headaches. Using hot packs/heating pads/hot water fermentation will aid relaxation of neck muscles.(10 to 15 minutes twice a day. Some basic exercises if done gradually as tolerated will help to reduce stiffness of neck. 1. Chin tucks-pull your chin inwards 2.extension - chin away from the chest 3.lateral flexion - side to side, ear to the shoulder 4.rotation - look to the right and left these exercises can be done three times a day or whenever your neck feels stiff. Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times. However ,it would help to visit a physiotherapist for treatment as per your diagnosis. Practise relaxation techniques like jacobsons relaxation technique /guided meditation for stress management. Go for brisk walks to build up your aerobic capacity. Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water. Do not worry, you will get better soon!
