Back painover spine, which is tender, can have fever, weight loss, weakness and loss of appetide. No relation of typhoid fever to TB. By MRI spine, mantoux test, haemogram. Treatment as per DOTS. May need surgery if cord compressions symtoms or collection of pus arround spinal cord.
