    Turmeric is very helpful for your liver health. It contains antioxidants and it also has antiseptic properties. Turmeric can prevent the thriving of viruses which can lead to diseases like hepatitis B and C. Turmeric can be added to your dals, vegetables, and even to your milk.

  7. Citrus Fruits:

    Citrus fruits not only help you to lose weight but aid in detoxification too. Lemons, limes, and grapefruits are all extremely rich sources of vitamin C and are full of antioxidants. Include more citrus fruits into your diet to boost enzyme production, which eventually leads to the detoxification of the liver.

  8. Broccoli:

    Broccoli contains sulfur compounds similar to garlic, which helps in the detoxification process and restore liver health. This fibrous veggie helps to flush out toxins from your gut. Your gut health has a direct impact on your overall health.so, you must include veggies into your diet that support in helping the liver in the metabolizing of the hormone.

  9. Drink Coffee:

  10. Garlic and Onion:
