HI Vineet, After 1.5 hr of your Breakfast take 1 glass of mix veg. Juice (Carrot, Beetroot, Tomato, Ginger, Coriander leaves ,salt, black pepper) Take 20 gm soaked sunflower seeds and 6 Munnaka ( either empty stomach in morning or in evening ) Take all 3 meals on time with 2 mid meal snacks .

Hello, Correct if you suffer from any nutritional deficiencies. Ensure you include foods like aloevera, carrots,spinach, greentea,cocconut water in the regular diet. Drinks lots of water as well.
