I do not know whether I am suffering from food poisoning or what I have very bad pain in my stomach early morning and then I started feeling cold vomit and fevers well as loose motion. How to identify whether I am suffering from food poisoning and as soon as I eat anything in little amount I feel like I am full.

Please note that if this is happening since some time you need immediate medical attention. Saline infusion would be required immediately if you are not able to digest anything It could be due to food poisoning/peptic ulcer/gastric perforation etc. Take ORS water the whole day Take rest Take Arsenic alba 30 - every 2 hourly throughout the day for today. Continue treatment.

Don't take stress, heavy meals, junk food and spicy food. Take buttermilk (homemade) as much as you can, you can add roasted cumin (powdered, rock salt ,asetafoiteda in it, take light diet, luke warm water and good sleep.
