I am 21 years old male. My weight is 70, height is 163 cm. My lower body like thighs and bum are too big. How to make those part little slim.

Hello lybrate-user, Since you have more fat accumulated in the thighs and lower back, I suggest you follow: 1) Do some semi-squat: ie. Stand straight with both hands extended in front of body ,now go down on knees till your bums touch the floor and rise back again. 2) Do not sit in one place for more than an hour as prolonged sitting leads to fat accumulation in these areas. 3) Avoid fats ,rice and sweets in diet. 4) Move up and down on a stepper or on single stair.
