It's completely a personal choice what to drink. It depends upon each individual based on his taste as to how much to drink. Some people have a single cup a day while others choose to have it twice or thrice. Honey is more natural and so can preferred. If you have diabetes then you can restrict the amount of sugar or honey. Its better not to drink immediately after a meal.
