Dear lybrate-user, 1. Start counting backward from 100 to 0. When you start counting visualise or image with closed eyes a blackboard which has 100 written on it. Imagine that board is closer to you. As you count backward form 100 to 99, the black board goes farther or far away from you and becomes smaller and the number on board turns to 99. Keep counting till the blackboard vanishes by becoming far and smaller. 2. Insomnia is result of some unconscious stress you are going through.
