I am not diabetic. My fbs is 73 .fasting ins test is 21. Tsh is 4.metformin is given for regulating periods and dec insulin which is 21. Am I having thyroid.

A Serum TSH of 4 is considered in the normal range on the basis of the report you cannot be considered hypothyroid.
