My upper body is fit but my lower body fat like hips, buttocks and thighs There is no gap between thighs It's looking like my lower body is swelled.

Hello, To get rid of unwanted fat start building muscles.Eat protein rich diet and fiber. Have goot fats in moderate quantity. Avoid cakes, pastries, potato chips, fast and fried foods. Have complex carbs before 6 pm and simple carbs should only be consumed after a workout.Mark your calories. Have Almonds, Cherries,Low-fat yogurt, Whole grains, Spicy foods. Do cardio and weight lifting.
