Hello, Both Honey and table sugar have glucose and fructose. So, there is not much benefit in substituting sugar for honey. Infact honey is far more sweeter than sugar. 1 tea spoon of honey has more number of calories than 1 tea spoon of sugar. So, if you must take honey, then consume it in only very small quantities, and please be aware that it will also raise your blood glucose values. You can eat 2 fruits everyday. You can eat the following fruits - apple, pear, orange, sweet lime, papaya, small bowl of melon or water melon, medium sized banana, pomegranate etc. I would advise you to avoid pineapple, mango, chikoo, custard apple etc. Hope this helps you. Thank you
