Male/21. I had an accident in 2010. My right leg's femur ,tibia, fibula as well as my right hand radius and ulna had a compound fracture. Now after 6 years I am better than before. Much healthy and energetic. So after all such i can I concentrate on my boxing training or those injuries will affect it. Pls help.

It all depends on the at physical strain that you can tolerate and the amount of pain that you can handle following your physical training for boxing, which I suppose is very tough. U have to take very good amount of protein in your diet. It cannot be told verbal, buy only after you complete physical examination, that whether your muscle power is adequate or not.

Hello. You can concentrate in that. But do start with a slow pace. And keep in mind that the fractured bones are weak not like normal .so you have to avoid sudden jerk or hit. Regards!
