Hi try to loose weight 45 minutes of strenous exercise should be done every day 30 minutes of brisk walking to be done avoid oily spicy food fatty foods should not be taken no ghee butter cream ,use saffla or olive oil. Eat lot of fibres in your diet eat vegetables in your diet do not take egg yolk or red meat.
