I am 22 years old. In my blood hemoglobin content was very less. So how can I increase and which are food I can consume. Please tell me.?

Hello , add more fruits to your diet. Green leafy vegetables, beat root, carrot. Pls don't neglect hemoglobin count, in the future once you conceived you will get lot of problems. I would suggest you take iron supplements also, but should be from natural sources.
