I am traveling a lot due to my job profile and usually stay at hotels and take outdoor dinners. I take pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, mutton, chicken etc as foods from clean joints and prefer Pizza Hut, dominos, KFC, McDonald's etc or some good restaurant as prices are no issues. So my question is if my food choices are ok as it comes in my lifestyle and will continue as it is for the coming 20 years.

No it will not be good for your health. No one can take junk food indicremately. Healthy food is available in majority of the cities. Also try to take more fruits ,dry fruits, during travels.

All the foods you are taking will push your body towards lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and many more. Try to switch to Fruits and fruit salads. Take more of Dal Roti Rice plain diet wherever possible. Take more water. Try to walk more. Your Health is precious. Do not let it fall victim to junk food.
