Change your diet (consult a dietician for detailed diet chart) and start exercising, begin gradually and increase to 45 mins of daily brisk walking or yoga. Stop smoking and quit drinking. Repeat lipid profile 6 weeks after these precautions. If they are still high, you will need medications.
