The first line for you is to have lifestyle and diet changes. Quit smoking and alcohol. Start exercising gradually increase to a target of 40 mins of brisk walking, yoga or swimming etc. For diet please take a detailed diet consult for diabetes and lowering cholesterol. Monitor your cholesterol and Hba1c 3 monthly, if levels get controlled you may not require medications, but if not controlled you may need medications. Also it is quite possible that with lifestyle measures you maybe able to delay the progression but eventually it may convert into diabetes so lifestyle precautions will be required lifelong and tests as well to diagnose as early as possible for timely start of treatment.

You should start brisk walking for 45 Minutes. Also change your eating habits. You are grossly over weight. Reduce your cereal and fat intake. Do every thing possible to reduce weight. In the mean time consult a local Doctor and take medicine to keep sugar in control. The medicine will reduce gradually as you loose weight. I must say again that weight is your biggest enemy. Your ideal weight should be 70 Kgs.
