Reduce salt intake. Reduce weight by about 5 KGs. Go for a walk or swimming or jogging. That will lower your BP and improve your HDL

First, if your hdl is low, try to consume good fats from the diet like almonds and walnuts that are high in omega 3 fatty acids. Try to avoid processed foods and munch on fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods that are high in potassium are known to be helpful to bring down BP. Last but not the least engage in 30 minutes of relaxation exercise everyday to destress yourself.
