Hi sir. Im 30 years male. Married. Im facing some health problems and symptoms which I think symptoms of hypothyroidism. My pulse rate mostly around 60-65 all the time and body temperature below 98always. Just checked at 2 pm after lunch. Its 97.3. My diastolic Bp is 85-90-92 range most of times. Systolic Normal at same time. Very dull sluggish feeling. Fatigue all the time. Anxiety and some weird depression feeling also there. Elevated Triglycerides and some raised LDL. I will attached my Thyroid and Lipids report in attachment. So I think its under active thyroid. But when I did thyroid test t3 t4 tsh are within range. Im very stressed what to do. please plz help me on my health problems. Thank you.
