Hello, Following fruits can be taken: papaya, pomegranate, orange, sweet lime, water melon, apple, pear and guava. Fruits to be avoided: Mango, Grapes, Chikkoo and Banana. There is no specific time for fruits. You take them at snack time say like in between breakfast and lunch or in the evening. But it it is essential to keep blood glucose in good control with fasting closer to 100 mg, PP between 160 to 180 mg and HbA1c%<7. Plus not more than 100 g a day. Thanks.
