Hi doctor. My age is 16 year 9 months I want to build muscles so I am going to gym. So finally it safe to do gym at this age. I want your suggestion.

U can start going to the gym at this age. But do not overload on weights. Start light and learn proper form first. Focus on progressive overload and you will get strong pretty quickly. Start with exercises first i.e, your push ups, abs, squats, pull ups, lunge etc and then go for lifting weights. Lifting weights can be started probably after 6-7 months.
