Dear doctors, From 2-3 months onwards I'm getting headache very regularly (at least daily once). It becoming very big issue for me for my daily works. It was mostly happening when I'm suddenly woke up, continuous watching of any gadgets like mobile, tab etc or when I'm feeling stressed. And im providing some of my daily routines under Sleep: 6-8 hours Food habits: normal Profession: student Note: I have sinus form my childhood onwards.

Please avoid these things like suddenly waking up. When you wake up in the morning, lie on bed until you feel your head is clear and you can wake up now. And don't stare at mobile or computer screen for too long. It causes stress to eyes and because of that headache occurs. It is getting very common nowadays and you should try to avoid it. Especially, don't stare at mobile screen in the dark. It has resulted in partial blindness in many people.
