Hey my mom is been suffering from type 2 diabetes and she been through so many medical treatments lyk allopathic n ryt shes on Ayurveda but it's also not working she's so weak n she's loosing a lot more day every month and having burning sensation in her palms n head. Is there's any proper treatment n any diet plan which can make her healthy and how much sugar she can take and what r things which she should not eat, and are these sugar free products r gud or not.

Sugar should not be taken in any amount, sugar free products are not very safe, they raise blood sugar but are lesser evil. Avoid sugar, junk food, fried food and fruit juices. For burning she has to control blood sugar by any therapy and should take cap pregabalin 75 daily bed time.

Please take your mother to a Proper Diabetologist or Physician and take Proper Allopathic Medicines. Please don't do all these experiments with other forms of medicines. These days there are lots of different medicines which claim to reduce Diabetes, but there is no scientific evidence to prove thisthis. Also if you want proper advice please mention Fasting - PP Sugar levels and HbA1c test levels when you ask questions. Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet. 3. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, biscuits, cakes etc. 5. Eat every two hours small meals/snacks. Take more green vegetables/salads. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc. 7. Take chapatis made of multigrain atta. 8. Drink lot of water. 9. Take these herbs which are known to improve sugar levels - tulsi, cinnamon, karela, flax seeds. 10. Do at least 30 mins of walk everyday.
