I was playing kabaddi and after a tackle through my shoulder, it started paining when I was moving it around. It was not very much pain but whenever I was doing movements especially using my rear shoulder (right shoulder) and behind the neck shoulder lifting, it was just paining alot. I used to be a regular workout boy. My gym trainer told me that it might be muscle straining and told me to take medicine (powergesic mr) for two to three days. I took it but no improvement was there. I thought it might heal with time so left it for 1 month and stopped workout. I just did push ups and chin ups and I was feeling no pain doing such exercise. But after one and a half month there were no improvements. So I consulted a senior well named ortho doctor in my local region. He asked to do MRI of the shoulder and biceps area. After watching report he told me that I have rear rotatorcuff tear and treatment started even with physiotherapy and I stopped working out completely but after 2 months again the result is same as day 1. Wht to do now? Please help I am losing my bodymuscle and my hope too.

Rotator cuff injury will take some time to heal and to be fully functional with the correct exercises, injury healing is faster in fresh injury you should go for that MRI without waiting that much, but still do share your MRI and what are the treatment and exercises you are doing so I will guide you in a batter way.
