I am a student and I am 18 years old. I am 5.8 ft tall and 46 kg. So you can guess I am very skinny. I am just tired of this body. So I finally decided to join a gym and start building muscle and weight. So I just want to know that is it ok for me to join a gym and will it affect my height?

Hi! Yes it is totally ok for you to start going to gym but just take care as to not overdo it. Take complete rest for 2 days. Get proper sleep of 8 hrs. Eat healthy. Have more of protein and carbs. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Have milk, meat, fish, chicken breast, protein shakes, soy products.
