Hello doctors, my problem is that I can not concentrate on any work, my confidence level is low, I am feeling anger maximum, sometime sad. I can not sleep in night till 2.00 am to 3.00 am. My mind Always thinking about my relationship, studies, job in future. I can not concentrate on my studies. 0physically I am completely fit going in gym from last 2 to 3 years. please help me out from this.

You need to maintain your sleeping cycle as proper sleeping habit of 7-8 hours reduces many problem do some yoga ,meditation, deep breathing exercise, what ever thought runs write it on paper ,take break at short intervals.
