Wt of baby is absolutely normal. If baby is active and taking feed normal, no need to worry. All these medicines may not be useful. If you are giving supplementary feed, stop it n keep on exclusive breastfeeding n increase evening feeding interval by about 1/2 hour.

Until unless your baby loos weigh, get dehydrated, have poor urine output, had decreased activity/alertness, your baby is absolutely normal, dont give any medication, it could be a normal gastroesophagel reflux which would be settled at 6 month of age. Avoid bottle feeding, it increases aerophagia (more air enter his gut)
