I have a problem of sciatica. There is huge pain in my lower back and thighs. I am a diabetic patient also. Can you suggest any treatment or exercise for this?

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Take 15 sessions. 2. Start with spinal exercises when your pain reduce. 3. Wear lumber spine belt. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Take calcium, vitamin D and methylcobalmine supplement.

You maybe suffering from diabetic neuropathy I suggest you to take tab meconerv daily for a month it should help your symptoms.
