You can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with Interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply Ice or heat is often used in the treatment of sciatica. Heat or ice is usually placed on the affected area for 20 minutes every 2 hours Exercise 1: Squeeze buttocksThe patient lies supine and squeezes the buttocks. Contraction is held for 5 seconds. The exercises are repeated 10 times. The patient only contracts the gluteal muscles. - Exercise 2: SwingThe patient is standing with the legs sligthly apart. The shoulders are relaxed and the patient swings the arms loosely alongside the body. This exercise is repeated 20 times. You have to take vitamin D RICH FOODS. Like milk, cheese,yogurt, brocoli,spinach. U need calcium consumption for increase the bone density.

Lift your left leg and place your right ankle on top of the left knee. Hold the position for a moment. This helps stretch the tiny piriformis muscle, which sometimes becomes inflamed and presses against the sciatic nerve, causing pain. Do the same exercise with the other leg.

MRI of L-S Spine will help in diagnosing and treating it well. A short course of Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Naproxen may be taken to reduce pain. Antineuralgic drugs like duloxetine may be required as well.

Hello madam, In your profession you have to band your Spain cervical as well as lumber too so try to adjust your position in sitting or uplift the patient so you will not be band forward. Also join gym so you will make strong your muscle and don't have pain regularly. Sir before 3 month I have serious pain like sciatica pain after treatment its transfer right leg to left and now its come back in form of back pain. I recently visit to orthopedic he suggest me some tests. I find I am hla b27 positive & my esr 50. And mri also done the he say me I am suffering from Sacroiliitis and give me medicine like sazo 1000 (6 month) and some vitamins (1 month ).My age is 27.
