Mr. lybrate-user, From the blood glucose levels mentioned it is clear that control is too bad. There needs to be a relook at the Insulin type and dosage being given. Plus one has to also look at the diet and exercise routine. There is need for continuous monitoring for a few weeks to stabilise the glucose levels. There is need for constant communication between your physician and the patient. There has to be a daily blood glucose check up and insulin dose alteration etc. Thanks.
