I am feeling very depressed. All environment whether college or Home or anything else I just feel bad. So there is not a place where I am not under the scrutiny of people. I feel like Someone is Always Watching me. I am constantly anxious. Not a single place is there where I am not tensed. Whether it's eating or listening or driving or whatever. Be it motivational videos, Funny videos, waking up from sleep, music I feel OK for some time but I myself know that this is going to be over. What should I do doctor to have this effect over and be normalized. My parents, few Relatives, Some batch mates and unknown people all aggravate this problem.
