Hi, I'm 25 years old. I am not skinny and not fat too, but I got a lot of belly fat and I'm working to lose it through exercises. Please suggest me some natural remedies and diet which I can use along with the exercises. Thanks :-)

Boil ginger in a cup of water n hav it wid lime juice n honey everyday @ empty stomach. Prefer sprouts n salads for snacks cut down all junk n oily foods for some days. Try flat tummy exercise.
