I have fever low grade from past 2 days and headache will mild chills. No sore throat or anything. I took crocin and dolo but its not helping with anything. What can be the possible reason and what should I do. Does it mean I have dengue or anything. Also I have bit of nauseous feeling and back pain (have had back pain in the past too)

I do think that it is due to weather change only. Take Rhus tox 200 - 4 pills thrice daily for next 3 days. If even after 3 days you do not find any relief of your sufferings get back to me again. Avoid direct exposure of fan/AC.

It is seasonal viral. May be dengue but headache and body aches are intense in dengue. May be chikungnya, but in it there are severe joint pains. Don't take dolo as it may cause gastric erosions and if platlet count drops, gastric bleeding may occur. Take only nimesulide (Nimulid or Nice) with or without paracetamol (crocin)
