I have gained a lot of weight lately, my college starts at 9: 30 and goes till 5, I sleep by 1 am and wake up by 8 am usually, I don't have enough time for exercises. Can you suggest a diet plan with 1 hour of any type of workout which will help me reduce weight?

Hello. Ya sure. 1 hour workout is sufficient for healthy life style. With this you can find standard weight easily. Take healthy nutritive non fatty diet. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Maximum intake of water and green tea.
