Kindly take prabhakara vati , 2 tabs twice a day with warm water, twice a day after meals. Take ashwagnadha and gokshura powder in equal quantities and make a mixture of these. Take 1 tsf in a glass of warm water, twice a day after meals. Stop curd, milk products, cold water, cold eatables, late night meals in your routine. Take vasanatkusumakara rasa, 1 tab, twice a day after meals. Make sure y our blood glucose and cholesterol levels are under control.Continue the regime for 45 days. Good luck
