Start with taking triphala powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. Take daliya, khichdi, moong daal in your diet regularly. Stop taking junk food, bakery products, spicy food, sugar containing beverages in your diet. Cut down intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Start going for a walk at steady speed and then change to brisk walk for at least, 20-25 mins. The most important thing to change yourself in patience. Have patience. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Don't sleep during day time. Stick to this regime. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck.
