Hello doctor. I've been working out at the gym for 20 days. I haven't gained much wait since I started. Initially it was 55. 6 kg and now its 56.8 Can you help me out by suggesting a good protein diet please doctor? Thank you.

3-4 Kg weight gain is ideal for you. Include paneer, cheese, fruit/nut milkshake, fruit lassi, til laddoo, badam chikki, dry fruits, stuffed paratha, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee & potato, egg, chicken,. fish, tofu in your diet. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. Drink 3 litres water daily
