Hello, To lose weight healthy diet and exercise are your first step to start. Have 300gms of vegetables daily. 150gms cooked and 150gms raw. Have 100gms of fruit in a day. workout for 40 min/day.Choose your protein from egg whites, beans, milk, lean meats and carbs from millets and whole grains. Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit?
