Sir 10 days back while walking through the street a syringe accidentally got into my leg there were no hospital there immediately I get tetanus injection but I am really afraid that. The infection of hiv or hepatitis b, c could be there please help should I go for a blood test if yes than which type of blood test please help.

Yes, might have been thrown by a drug addict who harbor all kinds of dangerous viruses including HIV, was it a fresh or old syringe. Tetanus protects only against Tetanus, that too old wounds only. So get tested for hepatitis virus and HIV periodically if fresh syringe
