I suffer from insomnia. At night I don't enjoy sound sleep. Strangely,I don't have problem in sleep during daytime. Please advise me how to combat this problem. I'm 60.

You might have problem in your circadian rhythm which does not make you fall asleep at night. This can be overcome with a combination of sleep hygiene practices, certain behaviour techniques and some medications to assist the sleep process at appropriate times. Consult a sleep specialist for the same.
