Swollen lymph nodes and feeling of something stuck in throat suggests that there is throat and tonsillar infection causing this. Blocking of nose is also suggestive of this infection being common cold due to virus or bacteria. Nausea is merely an associated symptom and bad breath may be due to gum infection causing pyorrhea. Do hot saline gargles 2-3 times in day. If there is no fever it should correct itself in 2-3 days otherwise get examined and advised by a physician.
