Hello, In this case having plant based protein is safe. Like soya, lugumes, pulses, quinoa. Avoid animal based protein including milk and it's products.Avoid eating more amounts of raw vegetables like spinach, tomato. Cooked or steamed are better option. Banana flower and banana tuber are very good to clear kidney stones. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit?
