The dietary advice depends on what type of stone you. If you pass stone in urine please collect it for analysis. We can do basic blood tests and specific urine analysis to get an idea of faulty metabolic reason of stone formation to decide on further dietary advice. There are contradictory dietary advice for different stones. Ex. If you have calcium stone then we restrict calcium containing food, but if you have oxalate stone then we keep normal calcium diet
. Take plenty of fluids not more than 4 litre, low salt. Avoid large animal protein.
