Best diet before workout - black coffee and an apple post workout - protein shake and bananas it is not advisable to workout twice a day. Effective workout once a day is good.

Hi your bmi is ok yes, you can workout twice a day. A balanced routine diet should be ok for you. Nothing special as your weight is ok. You can have little more protiens to increase muscle mass if you want to do it. Thanks.
